Heavy duty calls require specialized equipment, longer drive times, and more complex diagnostics than light-duty vehicles. The 2-hour minimum ensures we can properly resource and dispatch for your job without cutting corners.
What does "first 25 miles included" mean?
The first 25 miles of travel from our dispatch location to your breakdown site are included in the base rate. Miles 26 and beyond are billed at $2.00 per mile, quoted before we roll.
Do you change tires on semi trucks?
No — heavy duty tire changes require specialized mounting equipment we do not carry. We can assist with other roadside needs and help coordinate a tire service if needed.
Can you bill my motor club or fleet account?
Yes. We work with Agero, Urgently, Curbside SOS, and AAA. Fleet accounts can be set up for monthly invoicing — call us to get started.
What areas do you cover for heavy duty calls?
