360 Roadside Rescue DBA Mr. Quick Pick Fort Worth may perform basic on-site diagnostic assessments as part of our roadside assistance services. These assessments are limited in scope and are intended solely to identify an immediate roadside issue — they are NOT a substitute for a comprehensive vehicle inspection performed by a licensed automotive repair facility.

Our technicians use handheld diagnostic tools and visual inspection methods to identify common fault codes and obvious mechanical issues. These tools have inherent limitations and may not detect all underlying vehicle problems, intermittent faults, or issues unrelated to the immediate roadside situation.

Any diagnostic findings communicated to the customer are informational only. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any diagnostic result. A diagnostic assessment performed roadside does not constitute a full mechanical inspection or repair recommendation.

The customer acknowledges that roadside diagnostic services may not identify all existing or potential vehicle defects. We strongly recommend that any vehicle that has experienced a breakdown, warning light, or mechanical issue be inspected by a licensed mechanic or dealership at the earliest opportunity.

The Company shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from a customer's reliance on a roadside diagnostic assessment as a substitute for a professional shop inspection.

Before any service is performed, our technician will conduct a brief visual inspection of the vehicle's condition. The customer is responsible for disclosing any known pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or fragile components prior to service commencement.

360 Roadside Rescue DBA Mr. Quick Pick Fort Worth shall not be liable for damage to vehicles that have pre-existing structural weaknesses, rust, corrosion, modified components, or other conditions that make standard roadside procedures unsafe or impractical.

In the event a technician identifies a condition that makes it unsafe or inadvisable to perform the requested service, the technician reserves the right to decline or modify the service. The $60 service deposit is non-refundable in such circumstances.

Jump-start services carry an inherent risk on vehicles with aged, damaged, or non-standard electrical systems. The Company is not responsible for damage to vehicle electronics, batteries, or related components that results from pre-existing electrical faults or degraded wiring.

Battery testing performed roadside provides an estimated assessment of battery health based on current charge state and load testing. Results may vary based on temperature, battery age, and vehicle electrical load. A roadside battery test is not a definitive determination of battery life or remaining capacity.

Jump-start services are performed using industry-standard procedures. However, modern vehicles with sensitive electronics, start-stop systems, or hybrid/electric components may be more susceptible to voltage fluctuations. The customer assumes all risk associated with jump-starting vehicles equipped with non-standard or sensitive electrical systems.

The Company does not warrant that a jump-start will permanently resolve a battery or charging system issue. If a vehicle requires repeated jump-starts, the customer is advised to have the battery and charging system inspected by a qualified technician.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Texas law, 360 Roadside Rescue DBA Mr. Quick Pick Fort Worth, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to vehicle damage, loss of use, towing costs, or subsequent repair expenses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a single service event shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific service.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Texas law.

360 Roadside Rescue DBA Mr. Quick Pick Fort Worth operates as an independent service provider and may accept dispatches through third-party motor club networks including Agero, Urgently, Curbside SOS, AAA, and U-Haul Roadside. When services are dispatched through these networks, the terms and conditions of the respective motor club may also apply.

The Company is not responsible for delays, miscommunications, or service limitations arising from third-party dispatch platforms. ETA estimates provided by third-party apps are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers dispatched through motor club networks should also review the terms and conditions of their respective motor club membership or coverage plan.
